havent seen you play but likely the answer is slow down!

I can pretty surely assume you are focusing so much on scoring, that you are missing out on opportunities, or leaving your tm 2v1. instead of trying to score, focus almost entirely on just setting up for your teammate, being there for their setups, and defense. The only shots you should take are the ones with basically no chance of failure

u are probably just spending your time on the wrong things. If you really are that committed, make a routine. An example could be:
20 minutes of shooting practice
10 minutes of save practice
2 replay reviews of games from the day before
15 minutes of freeplay, reading bounces mostly
1.5 hours of ranked

Most importantly, dont bother to learn super fancy mechanics if you cant do the basics well

just alot of practice try going from goal post to goal post without the ball and being only in the air , avoid going to the wall and in about 100 hours of practice (ofc u can start with the ball aswell) u will be able to see some improvement . But yes youtube also helps.
