in my opinion the best mindset is: "how can fit the best in the team?" - look at their positioning and try to adapt (e.g. if someone is too aggressive, be more defensive, or if someone is too defensive be the one taking action), try to avoid double commits (if you recognize one jump back)

I queue a gc with 3 times my skill, and lose

Then I win the next game and get to my rankup game again

I once again, queue a gc with 3 times my skill, lose again.

Then the 2nd time, I don't win the game but I drop, and then I drop again, and again, and again, until I'm low d3 (920mmr) then win most games up to 990,and the cycle repeats itself

Without fail, there has never been one time where I either win and rank up to c1 or lose earlier

Keep in mind, I left the game cause I was down 4 goals in 35 seconds, no chance in heck I'm winning, and I get banned for 10 minutes FOR LEAVING A 1S MATCH

I need help with the double flip reset the thing is im c1 with 1.4k gamehours im consistent with close to all pushing c2 rn just need more games 1112 rn the weird think is i need better settings everytime i find new good settings i get 40% better i couldnt flip reset with the first settings with the second i could do 1 with the 3rd settings i get sometimes 2 (i think the most important thing in the game are settings)

Stick to settings you like and start practicing the mechanics/basics you want to improve on

I got all the basics as i sayed i need new settings a gc ones told me they are all playing around with the settings all the time they dont keep one and everytime i got settings from better players it boosted me im not lying i could do double flip resets in 10 mins bc of them

just look at some pro players settings, they all use very similar settings, or go for some freestyler settings if you solely go for clips

have you tried watching you own replays from your pov and opponents/teammates as well? It can shed some light on weaknesses
