Well for air I’d recommend doing this :

• practising flying upside down from net to net, flying to the side, and then if you want to learn air roll, doing rings if pc, pillars if console, and little circuits in freeplay.

For ground: do some dribble catch training packs, work on power sliding you can do this by trying to go around all the boost pads in freeplay as fast as possible
