trust your decisions more and don’t hesitate is the first thing. Typically you know what to do, even if you make the wrong decision it’s still better to do it without hesitating

Like if you think you should aerial to beat them to the ball you can probably do so but if you hesitate and jump then you get beat and now you’re out of position

What helped for me, is hold air roll and at first only make adjustments when the hood of your car is facing you, it’s easier to have a base of what your movements will do

As you get more experience you will be able to make more adjustments at different rotations
