focus on cutting around the first and flicking around the second instead of flicking over the first and cutting around the second, i see it a lot in high champ-low gc gameplay and its a really simple mistake that can be fixed. general ground control can just be practiced in freeplay by keeping the ball on your car, flicking, and catching the ball, or just by doing basic ground mechanics to get consistent

you need to practice in freeplay, just get in a training pack and keep trying to get the flip. my assumption is that you dont always get the flip itself, so just keep tryin. most likely you get flips in a lot of different set ups, you will have to find out for yourself where the sweet spot is, it cant be explained

But many people Get it the wrong way, They think mechs are almost useless when they hear it and many people I teamed up with think like that. But rl geta more and more Advanced, so I would also Look into more mechanical yt. Just watching game play is also pretty good, like RLCS or someone mechanical like Evample or Mertzy.
