from my opinion i would say its too long but depends on how much time u have. Personally i would do 15 mins speed flip, 15-30 mins air roll, 15 mins dribble and flicks aswell as some 1s games to try it in game and what is the last thing? is it like a training pack?

im homeschool so i get plenty of time at home lol

but yeah, kevperts saves practice is 3 different training packs with a total of 150 shots for different positions

its like low boost stuff and backboard reads

in plat usually everyone chases, try to be in general more passive, powershots will be your key to get into diamond and higher, for higher elo: usually u try to look around u more to make your decision making better, cause when u know how your mate and opponents are positioned u get your answer what ui should do next. But i wouldnt try it too much now cause it might be a bit too difficult

1. Let your teammate do all the ball work, they’re your pet dog playing with their toy. They’ll score eventually. You just make sure the ball stays at the opponents side of the field and cover the worst case scenario. Don’t sit to the side of your teammate expecting a pass, forget passes. Sit behind instead for worst case scenario.

2. Play with confidence “nobody can score on me, I’m unstoppable, I’m a brick wall”

Now with that advice, if you do see a clear opening where you can 100% score - go for it.

not rlly it happens plenty of times, just depends on the set up and your capabilty how u land on the ceilling, in general not hard but especially when the set up isnt good u can correct a lot, aswell as when u try to freestyle u will prob also need it

youre hitting it way to hard up the wall, slow down. also, roll it up at an angle and youll be able to get it in the net easier
