We don't expect you to hit it consistently in the training pack by the way, the training pack just verifies that the motion you're doing is indeed a speed flip. It takes stupid amounts of precision to hit the ball on there.

Just hit it once so you know it's a speed flip.

It's a really hard timing, but you need to speedflip (either left or right, depending on what side you speedflip to). When your front tire hits the ground, you need to jump. That should pop your front tires up and keep your back wheels on the ground, which menas you can dash forward. Zap dash :3
