Rather than trying to find a silver teammate, I'd spend 20 minutes watching a couple of Youtube videos on tips to get out of silver and then try and implement those tips in your games.

There's no perfect answer to that question in my opinion. If you find that you have a teammate that is way too aggressive, or way too passive, you have to adapt in the moment to balance things out.

simple, learn the fundamentals as; Wave dash, ball control, flicks(45 degree flicks or 180), accurancy shooting, backboard defese, dont always count on your tm8s if you want to win youll have to carry their ass, and play a lot of 1s. You'll see a massive progress when u master half of the fundamentals, one thing I noticed when I was in diamond 2-3, i was always doing fancy stuff and if i wanted to get better i had to put effort on the fundamentals and save the mechanics for later on when you hit c3-gc1.

how? there are prob many players around your rank, did u try out with few people?

usually the set up is very important: here is a veeery basic way for an air dribble set up but hope it helps: in general take your time with the set up at first. 1. try to get already on the ground in a good line so u dont go crazy left right before touching the ball. 2. try to get the ball as high as possible without it touching the ceiling. 3. u want to toch the ball when it has that up-movement and above the corner, otherwise the ball either goes to straight up the wall or too far away. 4. try to get in a similar speed as the ball. 5. At first, AS SOON as u touch the ball jump, rlly as soon as u touch it. When u focus on all these steps u should be already be very close to the ball after the set up. Then u just need to air roll in a straight position and try out the dribbles.

Ok cool. Sounds like youre decently comfortable with aerial control, but its always something that you can improve so practice flying around in freeplay with intention. I recommend the neon looking map with big pillars, you can practice flying around those and doing figure 8s around the map to train your aerial flight control. If you dont think its a car control problem, then its probably a reading issue

Sick man, also do redirect training packs. They will be pretty hard at the beginning, but you can first focus on just getting up to the ball and hitting it - dont even really worry too much about scoring it yet. As you can start consistently hitting the redirect aerials, the simpler aerials should be super easy for you to hit, then you can start focusing on angling your car for accurate shots
