fix your settings and put time into improving, passively playing is fine if that's what you like but if you want to improve, you have to actually put some hours in freeplay and training packs

he keeps clocking and locking but when he gets the axis he wants and he wanna keep it, he immediately reverse clock and then clock again when he wants to adjust.
some ppl like to let go air roll instead of reverse clocking so they can do a quick non-air roll movement and then start clocking again (I think it is called "refreshing" I am not sure)

rather hard to explain, try to find a tutorial on youtube where u can see the controller on the screen, this way u can see in what exact moments he presses which button, way easier for yourself trust me

here is something that will help u if u practise it: and ik it sounds very weird at first: usually when u see whats happening on the field the decision is done for u. Lets say your mate is at back boost and u dont know if u should challange or not, if u switch your cam to his position the answer is given to u,. if his car faces back u challange if u see him heading in the direction of the ball u leave it for him. And like this there are many scenarios during the game. The issue is people dont look around and trust their hearing sense the most without nothing whats happening around them. As a practise: Try to play casual without sound for a while. This way u are forced to look more around yourself to not double commit. This will be hard at first to look around and focu son the ball but after a while this looking around thing will be more automatically and will be easy to do during the game. This way many scenarios u now struggle with with being unsure what do do will be better afterwards because as i said, usually the decisions are given to u if u look more around

Let the scoreboard load at the end of the match, if you dont and say lost a game, and then leave before the scoreboard loads, and win the next one and get to scoreboard, it shows 0 because it didnt update from the game prior.
