in terms of actual coaching, it's hard to say given you might have some things way above a gold level and some things way below because you've taken a break, but it's probably something with positioning

You need a higher level of control of your car and understanding of like how your ball interacts with the ball when air rolling at different positions kinda hard to explain

the best advice is, get a touch off the wall (hitting the ball from below on the side not hard) and then follow it without air roll, touch it from below and then start air rolling as much as you like. that gives you a lot of time to air roll
