when ur in the air with the ball dont think of it as ur car going towards the ball cuz then u will never reach it think of it as the ball has to fall on ur car because ur car has to have upward momentum at the same time that the ball is falling. try just going for an air dribble but get a hard touch instead of a soft touch and boost up towards the ball and once u see the ball at its peak before it starts to fall u stop boosting upwards and you air roll to get ur car upside down and just let the ball fall on ur car

it goes for every rank, becuase as the defense improves, so does the offense.

noit rlly, a avberage c1 in 2s is like high plat in 1s, so very bad idea leaving him to a 1v1, also if u rlly reach a rank where people can play 1v1 at least a bit which is like min gc1 in 2s, u will get punsihed diffrently leaving your mate for instance with bumps, so in every rank u are leaving your mate in a 1v1 is a bad idea and shouldnt happen, if u concede a goal this way its your fault for not helping out and overstaying

focus on these things: 1. play more 1s to improve individually, 2. play less risky (no overcomitting in corners) 3. Dont leave your mate alone!! If u do that its not the mistake of ysour teammate not saving the ball on defense its yours for leaving him alone 4. Rotate more around the smaller pads to stay more in rotation 5. If u pass just do save passes where u stay in rotation otherwise this might cause a goal 6. Adapt to your teammate! 6. most important thing: Look at yourself and dont blame your mate, if u solo q temamates are a factor u cant change so if there is nothing to improve u will just be hardstuck in that rank if thats your mindset
