Your diamond friend could possibly be right, but unless you can find a way to play within your gold lobbies and adapting accordingly u will be stuck forever. U need to realise how ur tm8 plays, pickup his slack, have actual offensive plays (not just smacking the ball) if i watched 1 of your games i could probably pick out 10000 mistakes.
