well technically yeah it's true, plays may not happen twice, but normally you can take something out from them like "if X player will do this I should do that" and those things will perhaps not apply to exactly the same play ever again, but every play can be put into a category, to say it someway

well once the mistake happened there's nothing you can do about it, best thing would be to let it go until the end of the game and once you're calmed down go back and think on why it could've happened and how you could avoid it from happening in the future

but stressing over a mistake mid game will only put more pressure on you

if your nose is going straight down into the ground you need to flip cancel faster
if your boost isn't pointing straight through the whole flip you need to get a more vertical diagonal flip (as in move your stick more up like a frontflip, but just slightly to the side so it's a diagonal flip)
both of these things are easy to check in an exhibition/private with the slomo mutator if you're not sure you're doing the correct input
do it in slomo correctly and everything else is just a matter of doing the motion fast enough

pick something to practice and practice it. try to form a good habit of it.
if you just hit the ball around in freeplay and play ranked without anything in mind, that only does so much.
better to isolate something like shooting, flicking, air dribbling, small boost pad pathing, etc. etc. etc.
pick one of these things and practice it intentionally for some amount of minutes per day and you will definitely get better
really try to figure out what you're doing wrong on a single individual skill and habitually try to improve it.
if you try to improve everything at once you'll just go crazy

some things are better to learn than others (shooting is always good), but honestly, anything that motivates you is usually best. just know that it won't always translate to rank if you're gold and want to focus on air dribbles. but like, you probably will learn to air dribble and get a lot better mechanically if you do do that

as said in the video...make sure your flip is as straight as possible. if youre landing improperly, do a front flip, but very slightly move your joystick one way or the other to make it a diagonal flip that is as close to forward as possible.

depends on what you think you need to work on. Playing more 2s than 1s or 3s isn't a terrible thing. With 2s you'll get a more balanced experience of the game than only playing 1s or 3s, but if you truly want to be the best player you can be, a healthy mix of all of them is borderline necessary

Dont learn air dribbles, at that rank your air control is too bad to air dribble that or use air dribbling as a in effective way to learn air control
