instead of jumping straight to the air dribble. Get comfortable moving your car, go in freeplay, fly around, get used to directional airroll. You can't air dribble without control over your car. So that would eb the first step. When youre comfortable aerlialing then you can start learning the air dribble. The process will be much smoother if you do it this way

you dont need ring maps. One thing you can do is fly around the map multiple times, then implement air rolling when htats comfortable. Then try to go aroudn it sideways. then go around it with your back facing the car. after that youy can fly from goal to goal and try to touch the crossbar. Try to put yourself in an uncomfortable position and then recover

learning to control your car isnt something you do in a sitting then remember, its something just do. it's repetition that's all you need

the more you airroll the better you'll get and the more natural it will become
