what is the best way to train these
reading is huge in all of them in order to keep up as you rank up, but its most important to aerial, back and wall play. look through the available training packs for a good shooting one but if you are doing a different pack for a skill also look at those to see how you could shoot the ball even if the pack didnt intend for you to shoot it yet. saving is difficult because packs cant recreate in game, 1s would be a good idea but the packs will teach you how to aerial with the camera reversed and u can practice fast aerials as well in it.

im thinking of two paths for shooting tbh but it depends what your issue is with it, but for catching i think freeplay would be good. pass the ball to urself, bang it away, pass again after you have car control, and try to catch it as close to urself as you can, or accurately as you can
to train catching the ball at a high speed you need to get your car moving fast so the game passes it faster
there may also be packs to practice catching, im mot too sure, alot of packs that are labeled one thing can be multipurpose though
keep in mind when you are training that in c1 you will probably have a lot of just some guy brainlessly driving into you instead of respecting your attempt, that happens when its too slow

start practicing how to play and rotate instead of useless mechs. Learn how to pass and to shoot on target every time; while predicting the ball perfectly. as a plat you cannot effectively use high level mechanics because if you could, you wouldn't be plat.
