kinda hard to explain, but it's pretty much just a process of:

• can u get the reset early enough?
• did the reset push u down or are u stuck close after getting it?
• is your car positioned properly (by using airroll/aka car control in the air)
  if yes, then it's pretty straight forward both for backflip musty and the other variant which is, nose down and then musty

aka if ur reset setup is good enough ur musty is free

I'd say go to freeplay and just keep practicing resets and then eventually add in musties

• Always take everyones position into account.
• Try to think what might happen when you commit to something and judge your next move based off of that
• Always take a quick peek at your teammates boost bar
• Combine the above and you'll notice you'll have more boost on average left over by playing more restrained. Use the passive time to drive over boost pads

double commits - Make sure to keep eye on what opponent is doing, if he is super chasey, it's just too bad u gotta let him, or else ur the reason double commits happen, not his, so be patient with those teammates

Whiffing the ball - Skill issue (jkjkjk) nah but just take ur time on the ball, if u don't feel like u can do much WITH the ball, then make sure to get a 50 at least

every "attack" or hit doesn't NEED to be towards their net, sometimes 50's are good for stalling too

I'm gold 1 and I'm learning to speedflip and airdribble

Just takes practice man. My keybindings are B for jump A for boost and LB and RB for air rolls. I also have LB for powerslide since they arent used in the same instance. This has worked for me personnaly. Im not the best at the game but I can consistently hit air dribbles in training and double taps occasionally. I can't speedflip tho. I haven't really tried. Again though It just takes practice and consistency. Practice your car control in the air by keeping your car facing up above the ground and air rolling and try to do circles around the field without touching the ground or the wall and for air dribbling you can just search up a video for the proper setup and then practice in between casual matches in training. I have almost 600 hours and im only D1 peak but I havent played since 2019 and im planning on working toward C1 but good luck to you man.

older ones got input delay, and the default settings aint bad, aslong as you have changed the camera settings and messed with the steering sens and all that, if you like the defaults then fine but you should prolly bind a directional air roll
