I usually go for ground to air dribbles and I got for ground plays a lot with flicks and I double tap some time when there’s an opportunity my rotations r pretty good but something I see in my gameplay is when my tm8 passes me the ball and the ball goes towards the other team I usually ego chall but instead on instinct so we usually loose position because of that

I can fast Ariel also but sometimes I backflip making me give up goals and I don’t know how to fix that either

I think it’s stick drift

I’m pretty consistent other wise but on bad days I feel like I ply slower then usual

The main difference is playstyle consistency, reading what you wrote. Passing in 2s is basically worthless, do NOT put yourself in a position for a pass, as your teammate make commit to the pass and that gives it away. Keep possession and force mistakes, they will makes mistakes so dont try crazy hero plays. Air dribble is fine if you intend to pressure the defenders instead of scoring. If you score cool but prepare for a save so you can recover

If you're a 1s main then sure go for it, if you're a 3s main then likely not? If it just seems interesting and you want to learn it then by all means.

If you're thinking of learning it because you think it'll be useful in ranked then you gotta ask yourself a few things

1. Do I normally have the space in my current games to even attempt this mechanic somewhat freely
2. Have I mastered the fundamentals required to use this mechanic
3. (For when you have actually learned the mech) Have I practiced this enough to feel confident when I go for it in ranked

The 1st question is because most people dont actually look at their playstyle before learning something, they just see something and decide to learn it. (This isn't a bad thing by any means, everybody sees something they want to learn and tries their best in learning it) If you notice you are dribbling often then maybe the mech is useful for your current playstyle and it won't take too much "adapting" to utilize the mech properly

The 2nd question Is just a general question you should ask yourself before learning any mech. In this mech's case I would recommend checking how long you can...
** Hold a dribble (The most basic requirement to set up a ground to air dribble)

** Flick the ball (As a backup in case you arent confident in your setup you at least have a method of attack to fall back on)

** Catching the ball as its falling (Most likely scenario that you will get ball control from)

** Bounce Dribbling (Ball might land in a bounce dribble and you will need to control it before you can attempt the mech)

** Turning while dribbling (Might need to turn to face the net, etc etc.)

The starting players usually learn one thing they learn to get a flip then try to air dribble then use it or they air dribble and get a reset at the end for a instant use scoop over the opponents
