U mean to dribble the ball on top of your car? Personally i would say freeplay, very easy to set up and can challanege u individually with turns, jumps etc. If u get better there and want to use it in games i can recommend 1s as u usually get in those situations more often there

It wont, u cant activate air roll on the ground, so when u are on the ground u use L2 for deiving backwards and in air u cant drive backwards so the button in air is for air rolling

Is it possible? yes, but it's going to take a damn long time, bc you're just learning addition through algebra, or in this case, aerial control through continuously failing short attempts at air dribbling
