Hi, i have a question.

• I was playing 2v2. My tm8 was on our corner with the ball trying to drible. He got the ball some cm forward but then he accidentally messed up the drible, and his whole car ended sideways in front of the ball. There is no forward or side play he could have pulled out.

• I was last man and behind him. I saw that his entire car was in front of the ball, so I went for the ball. The problem was that instead of him rotating out of the play and away from the ball, he jumped/flipped towards the ball and me and him ended up in a 50. If he had just drove instead of stopping, i would have taken the ball with no 50s.

• He claims it was my fault. I claim it is his because he had to drive 360 degrees to gain control after losing control of the ball when I could have just taken the ball as 2nd man instead.

• Who's ball was it?

• my tm8 got mad and meant it was still his ball.

The real way to go trying to carry your teammates is to try to analyze their playstyle well enough fairly early into a match so that you can adapt to them and play around their weaknesses as best you can

Hi, i have a question.

• I was playing 2v2. My tm8 was on our corner with the ball trying to drible. He got the ball some cm forward but then he accidentally messed up the drible, and his whole car ended in front of the ball. There is no forward or side play he could have pulled out. There were no opponents close so it was safe for him to just let the ball be untouched so i could have followed up. He had two options, 1) backflip the ball or 2) go away from the ball so i can take over.
• I was last man and behind him. I saw that his entire car was in front of the ball, so I went for the ball. The problem was that instead of him rotating out of the play and away from the ball, he jumped/flipped towards the ball and me and him ended up in a 50 leading to a goal in our net. If he had just drove instead of stopping, i would have taken the ball with no 50s.
• He claims it was my fault. I claim it is his because he had to drive 360 (in a wide circle) degrees to gain control after losing control of the ball when I could have just taken the ball as 2nd man instead which would have been a more efficient play i think. If the opponents were close to him, then i perhaps would say it was a right decision to backflip the ball to me.
• Question is: should my tm8 let me take over the ball if he looses control (gets his car in front of the ball) or should he drive in a wide circle to get behind the ball again?

Stay on the ground. Go for high reward-low risk plays. And only go up for a save once you see the threat. Play your 50s and don’t give the enemy recovery boost 👍

Put yourself in a position to where even if you miss, you or your team is back post. If your tm8 has the ball, stay back far enough you can defend if he gets outplayed, but close enough to receive a pass.
