Plat: get better at defending and mastering stuff you learned in gold. Honestly stop trying to aerial for every ball, use your judgement to decide if you should aerial or not. Learn backpost rotations and hitting the ball off backboard. Should be said that dont go for air dribbles or ceiling shots idc if you are consistent with them. Playing smart and reading the play will allow you to rank up

All i can suggest is to soloq and focus on your own gameplay instead of teammates making mistakes because everyone makes mistakes, and if you can put in the extra effort then saving your replays when you lose and look at your mistakes then focusing on them the next time you play will help as well, the only reason i suggest soloqing is because you can play more and you dont have to rely on waiting for your teammate to get online in order to play some games if that makes sense, other then that good luck in your games and i hope you get back to your peak!
