Dealing with smurfs on a normal basis makes you better. After a bit you learn how to defend against certain things. How I got out of gold quite awhile ago was through that.

you're rotating poorly, hesistating too much, too inconsistent, dont user powerslide properly, your boost pathing needs work, rotations and gamesense also need work, you need to stop hitting the brakes whenever you go for an aerial, you need to look for bumps on rotations back without rotating through the play, you might need to stop pushing ahead of the play to wait for a pass that'll probably never happen, you need to learn to shoot more accurately and place your shots around the defenders, you need to work on your recoveries, and you need to stop going for so much aerial stuff

here a guide if u start getting into air dribbles: most important thing with air dribbles is the set up, if u can do that right u can get good tries, in general take your time with the set up at first. 1. try to get already on the ground in a good line so u dont go crazy left right before touching the ball. 2. try to get the ball as high as possible without it touching the ceiling. 3. u want to toch the ball when it has that up-movement and above the corner, otherwise the ball either goes to straight up the wall or too far away. 4. try to get in a similar speed as the ball. 5. At first, AS SOON as u touch the ball jump, rlly as soon as u touch it. When u focus on all these steps u should be already be very close to the ball after the set up. Then u just need to air roll in a straight position and try out the dribbles. Also try doing it in freeplay. Training packs can be good but there the set up is done for u and u might be able to actually dribble then but cant use it in game as u dont know how to set up, u can also send me vid of yours and i will try and give more individual tipps

literally impossible, it's either barely a tie after i tryhard and break my controller or usually it's like 6-2

they're like a brick wall, every 50 goes perfectly for them and i get thrown on the other side of the map, or they miss so much that it's unpredictable if they go for the ball or not, they wait in net until you literally serve the ball to them to just punish you instantly and they hit the ball as late as possible so you can't even prejump for anything
