you need to practice hitting with power while on target, and hitting aerials more accurately. but really just the first one. Also your recoveries are going to be really bad right now. look up some tutorials on that and focus on maintaining speed, do that and you will keep plat just fine. mostly focusing heavily on basic movement and shooting instead of mechanics throughout your practice will get you were you need to go

At gold you just need to git gud which doesn't take long to type

in 2v2s you need to focus not only on yourself but also your teammate. most likely throughougt the game you are over relying on their backup.

1st - you will need to increase your ability to hit the ball with power from anywhere on the field, and you will need to work on recoveries in order to maintain speed and rotations. youtube is best for this, or training packs

2nd - specific to 2s and 3s, you need to focus on supporting your teammate instead of soley using them as a crutch as many do. In order to best utilize them take the first minute or so to essentially just watch how your teammate handles situations. This will take less time as you get better at it, and will help you find where they need support faster. Further, try not to commit to anything you are not for sure going to get to first when your teammate is behind you. Give them the trust that they can save it. (They often wont, but thats ok everyone makes mistakes).

3rd - when your teammate is interacting with the ball, do not go up on them almost ever. at your level whiffs are common, so let them do their thing and focus on blocking anything that might happen if they get blocked or if they whiff

Beyond that the times when your dribble comes into play will be more based around fakes and general control. dont look at dribbling as just ball on top of car. it includes any time when you are driving adjacent to the ball
