Diamond: Stop tilt queueing, give your teammate space, get better at punishing your opponents. This can be done with good shooting and reads. Starting defending off backboard and get better at doing it. See the enemy up high, go backboard. Get better at basic aerials and wall touches as these can be vital. Get better at offense without sacrificing defense

3s Rotations: It goes 1-2-3-1 all together. 1st man should be the one on the ball and/or pressuring the ball, 2nd man should be behind or near 1st man to receive a play or provide assistance, 3rd man (most important so dont mess up) your job is pure defense, you are not to push until 1st man rotates behind you so you become 2nd. In solo queue this is a little difficult so expect to stay 3rd man for most of the game.

Directional air roll (air roll left/right) is a Mechanic that allows greater movement to perform other aerial based mechanics. Air roll directional allows you to use all 3 axies (roll, pitch, yaw) at once using the stick. There is no shortcut, it will take a few hundred hours to become even remotely good at it. To add you are not meant to hold air roll everytime you are up in the air, plus normal air roll works just fine for most applications.
