Record a clip, then go into your 'recent captures' (in xbox button menu from the dashboard). Hit share on that and one of the options will be 'mobile'. That'll upload it to xbox network and let you view it from the Xbox app on your phone. You can download it from the app to your camera roll, then upload it to wherever (as it's now a normal video on your phone.)

edit: if you're not sure how to record a clip at all, (xbox system) settings->share button. Will let you set what should happen when you hold down share button during a game. Mine is set to save the last 30 seconds as a video. the length can be customized.

oh, big note i forgot @long sleet: you'll want to disable the option that automatically uploads all clips to the xbox network. you don't want it doing that in the background while you're playing. and you'll probably record tons of clips you don't want to bother uploading.

when i see them ball chase demo i avoid it and when then ball chase play really aggressive u can bounce dribble if they are patient or flick if they aggressive the ball.. the more u play the more u will get used to the timing shouldnt take too long
