Work on developing a sense of when you have time, not throwing the ball away to put a shot on net and understanding what is threatening and what isn’t

So when your in your half you can take it up the wall I normally wait a second or two if the opponent is in there half but if they are right on you I’d reckon go right away and try to get a 50 to your teammate

1. try and fly from one goal to the other in a straight line holding it down. this can have advancements like going crossbar to crossbar or starting facing the side and curving back in and aiming for top corner etc.
2. do figure 8s around pillars map spinning constantly

Champ: Build consistency, don't do things you know you simply can't do. Learn how to challenge properly and play alongside your teammate. Learn to defend high level mechanics. Don't try to play hero as you will throw more games if you try to do everything, mistakes happen.
