Also improving your defense and your comfortability as last man helps you to recognize threats much better and not overreact to an opponent play, Allowing you to minimize your opponents chances to score and give you more opportunities to counterattack on overcommits

You’re gold 3 do you’re probably going to be bad just play a lot free play or a lot of casual 2s. If you focus too much on trying to push higher on the rank ladder your just not gonna have fun

You could also try playing 1s that would really put you ahead of the curve
