Essentially you have to be better than your teammates and enemies. Higher your standards for what you deem to be good, your rotations are as good as you think, comms aren't important, defense isn't good, and shooting is horrible. Improve individually

There’s not much to do other than changing your playstyle, specifically for that match.

Bad teammates are inevitable. The only way I solo queued to GC1 in 3’s was playing brain dead. Mostly it was for my teammates who played stupid passively.
