I mean just learn to play defensive and safe, try avoid committing when possible. Avoid mechs like air dribbles, ceiling shots and flip resets and instead use mechs like dribbles, flick, bounce dribble, 45 flick, powerslide cut, etc. Focus on shadow defense and analyse your 1s replays like every 10 games or so and focus on improving your mistakes you identify during those next 10 games. Also definitely watch Flakes's road to SSL if you haven't already, and focus on his positioning and gamesense (NOT his mechanics!)

You should try find a high level coach on a coaching site like metafy, you can often get a 1hr coaching session with like an SSL for like $20 or a RLCS coach or player for like $40 which would be much more helpful than what you'll get from people here tbh

try to use the walls a lot, dont always try to find an angle to shoot, rather try basic shots against the wall which can go in, for defense try to get comfortabel with the backboard, if u are decend there u can save a lot of shots, with possession it is hard to explain, i find that a lot of people try and play more slow like in normal games so if u are on a faster pace and "chase" a bit more it usually puts them off (Especially people who dont play the mod often), kick off can be a pain if people can touch it over u, but for that i would need more info what exactly u struggle with, hope that can help

depends what gamemode, cause if its 2s or 3s it also has things to do with rotation, but if u want to improve individually try and play more 1s, there u get in those situations way more often and can try few things, for instance shadow defense, how to play less risky, etc,... also try and comfortable on the backboard

I was playing in freeplay and wondering why is it that when i use boost, the camera angle changes to vertical view due to which I cannot see what's ahead of my car, and can only see my own car.
