If I had to give the best advice without coaching in-game, I would always suggest setting up the ball at a 75 degree angle to the wall, so instead of setting up the ball straight to it, you angle the ball slightly left or right

The setup is essential to how the rest of the dribble will go

oh if ur bronze then training packs is literally all u need for aerials, but I'd stay away from them until plat tbh. Get comfortable on the ground first, it's 10x better to be good on the ground than in the air in diamond and below

I mean u can hit SSL without air roll, it just makes it a bit easier to control your car so it's worth learning. Diamond is a bit early to learn it but if you want to learn it then it's probably not too early ig. Why can't you hold onto the air roll button though, what's stopping you?

Start out with 1 at lower ranks and then move up a bit as you rank up. A lot of pros use about 1.3-1.5 but anything up to like 2.2 is fine tbh.

try not focusing too much on the big pads, especially if u go from attack in defense, if u go more thorugh mid and collect the small pads u can cut from bejhind/side, otherwise u leave your mate in a 2v1, in general try to adapt to your mate, usually there are 2 sterotypes, either the chaser or the passiv guy, then u need to fill the gap, nothing worse then if u are both the same, for more individuzal tipps i would need to see how u play, but thats just generally speaking
