I think encouraging mono teams is good because it means there's less of a "just mash whatever is the best four units"

And Im no expert but from what I've seen there's selective mixing of elements like certain abilities that interact with two different elemental ailments

there's a bunch of dual element operators you could use together, iirc you could throw the four stars minus catcher together and have something that works. not well, because antal boosts electric and fire damage and they don't really have that, but it'd work
