you start with 1 core unit, the tag is literally called core

then as you hit each checkpoint, you get another unit

up to 3 units and a special 4 unit that only has 2 cards or something

sortie doesnt reward you with save data, so play to clear

it rewards you with a shop that configures save data, like add divine epiphany, dupe card etc

sortie is also pretty hard, its no joke

but that could also be because I havent unlocked any upgrades

or maybe im just bad idk, but its a lot harder than chaos

then you can further make it harder by adding modifiers and turning on H mode

you can possibly play with combatants you dont own

the combatants that can join you mid run are random, 3 to choose from, can reroll each once

oh yeah, sortie also doesnt use memory fragment, it only takes the level, potential and dupes

sortie also doesnt have a used pile so you can go real infinite if they eventually add something that could go infinite

So getting the epiphany then adding divine makes more sense to me

They actually went into powercreep levels of insanity

The persona cards are broken now

When they gave it the ability to activate when discarded

And quietus tag

You put 2 "Activate on discard" effect on the persona that discards 2 cards

That way you discard 4 cards just from discarding it from your hand or library

Then it chains into your quietus cards

You can basically blow through your whole library

On turn 0

If you have the purple armor that discards up to 3 cards and draw that many

You can actually start the combo on turn 0 and kill the enemy

You can also put 2 activate on discard onto the persona that discards a quietus card from the library so it does it 3 times
