Raw stats will only get you so far. you will beat normals and jobbers but most of the time barring rng people that have stats and know what they are doing will hand you your ass. Narita is the biggest "potential" uma ever being an example.

but front urara makes it so midgame velocity skills do more

Had a really crazy interaction this race. One of my opponents ran a Front-running debuffer Tachyon with really awful stats. I don't think they were expecting to face a double-Front Runner team. Because their Tachyon stats were SO awful, they created a disgusting gap between themselves and my Front Runners. Which, in turn, created an even worse gap between every other racers and my Front Runners, as well.
