Sort of. The 5 & 7 drop is what allows them the opportunity to drop Fennie safely. They're not impossible to clear but you may be underestimating how they allow dragon to play her safely

Cutting 1 dose of holiness is what I would recommend. Not a bad card but not needed at 3. If you were running Rodeo, I'd also cut darkhaven grace down to 2, but that's only because you never want more than 2 darkhaven graces on the board.
Like you really only want 2 on the board max but you also want to ensure you can draw it.
