Definitely not worth, to add onto what axekick said, every costume banner on a same character ia different, but the weapon banner accompanying said costume will always be the same weapon. So when characters are getting reruns of their like 3-5 costumes, all those banners will still have that 1 weapon
Making it extremely likely that you're gonna eventually get it without wasting potentially wasting a shitton of pulls for what us roughly considered a like 5-10% increase in dmg vs ur IV gear
Only exceptions would be something like collab chars (but they usually are not meta or don't stay meta so why bother with a dmg increase on them) or maaaaaaaybe sacred justia cuz she's that busted and only has 1 costume and might not get another one?
