I am partial to poise-sinking because I started with index yisang, you just need the 3 index IDs, Kong lu + Si rodya, kkona ryoshuu and 1 more sinking (I used maid ishmael but udjat outis or lamp gregor are good current-season options)
sinking has a lot of EGOs that help you win clashes, and poise lets Rodya + Konglu + Riensang shit out damage
essentially any team with good AoE, good single-target potential and good clashers (most modern IDs) is gonna do fine.

From my understanding of the uptie story
It seems this ryoshu doesnt have perfect time observation like lcb ryoshu , her situation in terms of time observation is similiar to araya, to fix this the nurse fathers locked up her in the vault excessively and it might have been fixed to the point where she can yield arayashiki properly but also gained the time entanglement problem of araya, this probably also explains why they are harsher because she isnt a guaranteed ticket that will definitely pay off once trained, its a gambling ticket thus worse treatment from the nursefathers
And because their is no araya she seems happier to kill herself while killing the nursefather as it removes her memories (all bad , no lcb or araya) which is why we see her smiling in the uptie art screen during muga state

Its the motherfkong heishou phase the dragon orb mechanic gives shield after its skill and the fk ass hong lu nuke and punishment for killing allies too fast
The dragon orb only works if you kill it and then attempt to kill honglu on turn 4
If it was instantly on kill of orb it would have been much better but you have to wait for its ass speed
