liskarm is a solid defender, she's on the higher end of defense for a lot of them, but her s1 is an auto skill so it can be tricky to use it well sometimes
s2 is useful if you need more DPS but the self stun can cause problems too

you can either give her an absurd amount of defense with one module, or give her a really ridiculous chance to straight up avoid any damage in the game, including true damage

s2 hoshi has basically always been the same, but 4 block + 35% chance to avoid damage or like, 1.3k defense instead of 1.1k are pretty solid now
there's also gimmicks she does well like killing the global range corrosion snipers from near light even without vision on them

ptilopsis and perfumer are really good, i still use perfumer a lot just because of her global regen. for single target you could go with gav or purestream, purestream's got some good throughput with her skills. you can also go run through sultifera navis and pick up lumen.
though i will admit i don't know how difficult that is, since i've never really looked at the requirements for record restoration

while Purestream is relatively ST focused, but with her skills having multitarget burst heals
best case scenario is you get Sussuro who has the best ST healing outside of eyja alter
