mutsuki has a really good aoe for clearing
otherwise if you can get swimsuit hanako during fes banner shes good for just pushing content brainlessly

just for pushing missions:
mutsuki for red
s.hasumi/momoi for yellow
haruna for blue
and yeah if you get s.hanako during fest you can slot her in any color for missions except for later yellow stages
for tanks you can use yuuka and tsubaki for generalist stuff
and you perma slot kisaki on your special slot, just make sure the dps gets her buff
