Haruka is a great unit but shines the best when fully invested. Focus on a team of red atk units with 1 tank. Bring a healer if you're dying. Serina is one of the best and she's 1*

The thing with this game is 90% of units are actually good. The game is VERY heavy on resource management so invest wisely

The main issue with Haruka was that her niche, red armor tank gets kinda filled by eimi who is both easier to farm and needs less investment

In general though basically there are evasion (high dodge) and def tanks (use bag in gear slot 2)

Def tanks very much need t4 bag to be actually tanky (before t4 there is no def on the gear)

Whereas evasion tanks like yuuka and tsubaki work out of the gate

Some tanks have both evasion and a bag which makes them some of the tankiest but there's like 3 of them, tsubaki tyuuka and bneru
