My pc isn’t recognizing any WiFi or Ethernet

So basically no WiFi OR Ethernet can connect (recognizing) to my pc. I’ve tried all the basic stuff like resetting my network and pc to trying to update my network adapter drivers.

For more info, When I try to trouble shoot it tells me that I need to change my IP assignment to automatic when it already is. Then it tells me to reset the pc. I’ve even tried to completely reset the pc but it cancels at 1 percent, I’ve tried to network resent and still nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

if both adapters are affected and the network reset didn't help then yeah

maybe something deep in windows network stack

Ok so basically i decided to try and put in a old ssd card i used to use and see if i could get any internet and i did so how would i clean install windows if that is the problem?
