why does it blink when i click away from it or sometimes on it's own ? Build version : 22H2 (22621.4317)

A regular Windows install wouldn't behave this way, you added a 3rd party software to mess with explorer and stuff happens

Your on 22H2 build too, i suggest keep updated fully, iv modded my system, but i keep in mind to have all tools / OS updated to not have a conflict

Yikes, i suggest you to uninstall any programs, or remove large files

Or upgrade the SSD if you can

yes but it's hard can't decide what's unnecessary to remove, also SSD prices are sky rocketing (thanks to AI)

Okay, I suggest 7zip instead since it's free and pretty easy to use

or use the windows native compression method

(will work, but be slower to open files that's in the compressed folder)
