Microsoft Visual C++ 2022 x86 is NOT working

I'm trying to install DaVinci resolve along with voice mod and every single time I try to, it says I need to install Micfosoft Visual C++ 2022 x86, every time I try to, this screen pops up from the title. I have no idea and I've been dealing with this for months now. I'm not very software savvy at all and I really need to edit my videos asap.

i suggest 64-bit? x86 is 32-bit and if you install or PC is 64-bit, Do that instead to avoid issues like these

this should install the 64-bit mode

can you check the list of currently installed apps and take a screenshot of the visual c++ 2022 versions installed right now?

I suggest you might need other VS installed inorder for this version to get installed

I don't recall what, but it maybe says it in a simple Google search

Sometimes old vc versions get corrupted

Because a lot of programs install different versions

Which is why I recommend installing the latest version, which should keep itself updated through windows update

Though only if you enable the update other Microsoft products option afaik 🤔
