if you go to Settings > Accounts > Your info, do you see "Sign in with a local account instead"?

you should still do this ^^ to try to recover the account if you can, but it should at least be disconnected from your Windows user account now, i believe

in the top corner of Settings, you shouldn't see that email anymore

Badlion, Lunar, Feather... are you sure they aren't the reason you got compromised, because you are entering info through their client after all
