Can't open apps/install new files

The Problem: Starting yesterday, applications on my PC have stopped loading their interfaces. They appear as active processes in Task Manager, but no window opens on the screen.

Specific Symptoms:

Standard Apps: Discord and Epic Games Launcher show up in Task Manager but never display a window.

Gaming: The Riot Client opens, but once a match starts in Valorant or League of Legends, the screen stays black. Minecraft gives an error saying it can't open the launcher.

Installations: I cannot install any new apps from the web or the Microsoft Store.

What works: Web browsers (YouTube/Google) are working perfectly.

This started less than 24 hours ago. I have already tried restarting my PC, but the issue persists.

Yes, using a USB flash drive

I’d have to reinstall everything? And would the windows key still be activated?

Back up important data, and create the usb stick from another pc 🤔

I don’t really have any important data besides apps, and files but their all linked to a google account so they should be fine
