So it's still on windows 10? You can set the PC to best performance in Windows settings. There are only 3 modes
For windows 11
If it has a random created one that can cause issues but don't think it's related to that. Updated GPU drivers display and etc? Check for optional updates and do those

It’s window 11 and I think I have created one which works with screen saver for oled safety
