I'd add more recovery methods to your gmail just in case
If you have any other aliases set in Microsoft, can you try to log in with those?
P.S. remove the image please, the world doesn't need to know your email
Please, I need your help. I made a purchase from the Microsoft store for the game Minecraft and several other things. How can you help me resolve this?
I even have the purchase receipt for the aforementioned game
Did you by chance "verify" your Discord on a Minecraft server before this happened?
This is probably why
Also, can you answer the question above; can you log in with other emails (alises) set to that Microsoft account
It lets me log in with other accounts and create new ones, but if I try to create a new one with the email address that it says doesn't exist, it says it does, so I don't know what to do, to be honest.
Can you give me access to a code or something to recover the game and my account? Or have I already lost it?
It does exist, but it's changed to something else.
We're not employees; only support can help you:
To recover a hacked Microsoft account, use this guide.
Please note that this server is not official. We have no control over your accounts. To prevent scams, never pay someone to recover an account. If anyone offers to recover your account in any way, report them to @tame crane immediately!
and how can I get it back?
Should I write to you here?
Contact support with the guide above
Note:
- Expect this to drag on for months
- It's possible you need a separate account just to contact their chat if you have follow-up questions
We're not support but volunteers:
No, this server is not official. It is community-ran, it is not run by Microsoft. Also none of our moderators are (to the best of our knowledge) affiliated with Microsoft in any way. We do have official Microsoft employees in the server. However, they have joined of their own free will, and not as part of their job.
If you get stuck at any point, create a new Microsoft account and contact them through the virtual agent ("talk to human" is the magic word here): https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/contact-us
Np
I'll write to them if anything comes up
I already filled out the form and they told me that within 72 hours they would be giving me an answer via Gmail through another account.
Is there a way to request a refund?
