email asked for me to log in a week ago, had issues trying to remember the password = ended up locked out. Have tried resetting/recovery form etc with no joy. Never get a response if I try the mobile number for code, 2fA and recovery = service unavailable try again later. Cant use the "get help" function as I cant login to account. How do I get a recovery/reset?

I find CEOs dont like these types of emails. I once email the ceo of ASUS to complain and had a response from European manager within 3 days 🙂

I have the same problem, been a week with ongoing form sending, emails, calls. Nothing helped yet.

Well, i had an issue with blocked acc. cause it was «flagged» by suspicious activity (i was switching VPN-on and back due to discord access), and actually got access to the life-support, but 3 agents (like everyone were life specialists, but still) didn't gave anything, that would work in case. We tried from wery «official declared» steps (like filling all on their web-page/subpages recovery forms) up to sending «recovery requests» from public-fake numbers (cause it impossible to send one from Russian phone-number (+7...) rn)/filling freaking «.docx»-forms (mean you manually pin all screens, word description and all clues you meant could may matter, in order to give you personal «ticket» from their corporate «e-mail» for pinning this hand-made form to one of Microsoft-web-site-subpage in order to probably make man to check and solve it individually; and even this WAS not worked, cause it needed to log-in in this sub-page on other Microsoft account, meant i needed to register own, or borrow one (and when i had no man to ask for doing favor like that i tried first option, - and what you guess... It didn't work AS WELL, cause registering new-one is impossible on russian numbers/already used numbers/and seems like public ones also been listed to unreachable or something; - i actually can not be for sure, cause when you fail your recovery or anything similar attempt, - the system GUI never tells you place, where you Actually went wrong, so you have to «pick» options, untill you tried enough to fulfill «attemts-cooldown timer» (this-one can be filled up to infinite (read like permanent ban), if you tried TOO FREQUENT, so be careful with that; - i've just waited approximately about 180+ days to try again and even have no idea about... - do i still have chance to recovery my own, or i already wasted it inevitability))
