Invisible Taskbar

My taskbar icons are invisible including the ones for currently open applications (Win10)
I've tried restarting the PC, restarting file explorer, deleted icon cache. Does anyone know what to do about this?

Ok the icons ended up showing up after like 30 minutes

W10 is just giving you a grace period right now with ESU, if you are going to W11 I suggest you do it through a clean install with a USB:

My device is not eligible for win11 so I'd need to upgrade the processor

Esu is free for 1 year you can use that time to get a new processor 🙂
