To mirror what I said in #tech-support so things don't get lost
if you're doing a clean install and don't plan on keeping any of the data, you just need to delete the existing partitions on your boot drive

but still dont work

Anything from the USB/ISO to the drive which is more likely, especially if you're recovering from a crash
