I found out through Minecraft support that my Minecraft account is apparently tied to a different Microsoft account other than this one, however I was always signed into that Microsoft account automatically and I thought that that account that has my Minecraft game license, was this one. I am wondering if someone could provide me the Microsoft account email that has my Minecraft game license on it so I can play minecraft. I can't play it on this Microsoft account because I don't have the license. And if you guys cannot provide me with that then what can we do? Or do I need to go through Microsoft support on the web.

Can't you log in to the other account you purchased Minecraft on?

I wasn't aware that I had another account. Obviously I do, but I thought I just had one MS account. Given that, idk what the login info is. I could reset the password if I could just know the username (email) tied to the account

No one can tell you the account that you own, if you had access previously it should show up in the Minecraft Launcher on the left-hand side
