as for the inplace repair, i tried by mounting the iso, made another drive , it was an empty file aorund 4.16 gb. clicking on it i got a window asking for updates and it took so long being stuck at 46% i never really got to the part whre i neeeded to click to keep all personal files and apps.
sigh
so i ended up closing it down and stopping midway i ll maybe continue the rest with you.
for now i am navigating the file using, this windows tools repair,
am getting this file explorer

yeah this is not working, just reset your PC at this point
get a USB from the store (around 64gb, depends how much stuff you have to backup) or don’t buy one if you have one already
and I will help you reinstall windows if you don’t know how
